Does a $9.90 Case Include U.S. Shipping?

What the U.S. total includes

Our shipping policy states that eligible U.S. phone-case orders include free standard shipping without a minimum order value. You do not need to add a second case just to reach a free-shipping threshold. The displayed product price also includes applicable sales tax that we are required to collect, so checkout does not add a separate sales-tax charge.

That does not mean every case or every phone-model option costs $9.90. Start with the current price shown after selecting your model and color. If you choose an option with a different price, use that price in the calculation. Personalized products and other devices are separate selections; this example is for the two ready-made phone-case options below.

These examples assume the checked options remain available at those prices and that you are ordering for an eligible U.S. address. Review the live order summary before paying. A saved screenshot or this dated guide is useful for comparison, but it should not replace the current selection and amount shown at checkout.

What to check before the payment button

1. Full model name. Match the phone generation and any Pro, Plus or Pro Max suffix. A similar-looking phone is not enough to confirm the case fits.
2. Selected option and quantity. Check the color and item count in your bag. Two items should have two item prices in the subtotal; an accidental extra quantity changes the amount even when shipping is free.
3. Delivery country. Keep the destination set to the country where the parcel is going. This guide’s dollar examples concern U.S. delivery, not every regional offer.
4. Shipping, tax and final total. For the eligible U.S. examples above, standard shipping adds zero and sales tax is included. Read the final currency and total again on the secure payment page.
5. Email and delivery address. Check spelling, unit number and ZIP code so order updates and the parcel can reach you. An accepted form is not proof that an address is correct.

If the summary does not match your intended selection, go back and review it before submitting payment. For an unexplained difference, contact customer care with the product link, selected model and the amounts shown. Do not send complete card numbers or security codes. There is no need to approve an amount you do not understand just to see what happens.

Does free shipping mean express delivery?

No. A shipping charge and a delivery estimate answer different questions. Our current policy offers standard delivery; optional expedited shipping is not currently offered. A free-shipping label is not a promise of next-day arrival, domestic dispatch or delivery before a particular event.

Read any estimate provided for your order and ask customer care before buying if the date matters. Tracking is shared after dispatch. If you are ordering to a P.O. box, a U.S. territory, an APO/FPO/DPO address, Alaska or Hawaii, check address eligibility with customer care when needed because carrier coverage can vary. Do not infer service availability from the dollar total alone.

What if you saw a different price elsewhere?

A TikTok Shop listing and this website have separate checkout offers and policies. A marketplace promotion, a different phone model or a different quantity can make two displayed numbers look inconsistent. Compare the exact product, option, delivery destination and final amount on the channel where you intend to order.

For a non-U.S. destination, use the country choices available at checkout and review that market’s displayed currency and total. Do not apply this U.S. example to another country or treat an exchange-rate estimate as a confirmed charge. Your payment provider or card issuer may have its own currency terms; check those directly if a conversion is offered.
