How much is a personalized phone case?+

One personalized phone case is $35.00. Standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses is free, and applicable sales tax is included.

Can I use a photo of me and my dog?+

Yes. Use the largest original PNG, JPG or WebP you have and keep both faces away from the camera opening. You can position the photo yourself or ask our studio to optimize the crop.

Will you print exactly what I see?+

Your preview records crop, scale, rotation and placement. Minor production-safe adjustments may be made around camera openings and edges. Studio-layout orders are arranged from your instructions.

Can I return a custom case?+

Because every custom case is made for one customer, change-of-mind returns are not accepted after production begins. We will replace or refund verified defects, damage or production errors under our custom-order policy.
