PRIVACY NOTICE · UPDATED AUGUST 11, 2026

Only the data needed to run the store.

This notice explains the information used to operate Mood In Case, prepare and fulfill orders, support customers, prevent fraud and understand basic website performance.

Information collected

  • Contact and order information: name, email, mobile number, shipping address, order number, selected product, color, phone model and quantity.
  • Payment references: PayPal order, payer and capture identifiers, payment status and amount. We do not receive or store a customer’s full card number, bank credentials or PayPal password.
  • Website information: an anonymous random session identifier, device category, page path, product interactions, TikTok-link clicks, referring domain, campaign parameters, cart data stored in the browser and basic security logs. The operating dashboard does not attach these website events to a name or email address.
  • Messages, return evidence and other information a customer voluntarily provides for support.

How information is used

  • Create, verify, fulfill, deliver and support orders.
  • Process returns, refunds, package issues and customer requests.
  • Protect the checkout, detect abuse or fraud, maintain records and meet legal obligations.
  • Measure site performance and improve products, content and navigation.

When information is shared

Information is disclosed only as reasonably needed to providers that support the transaction and store operation, such as PayPal, hosting and security providers, fulfillment and delivery partners, customer-support tools and analytics providers when enabled. It may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

PayPal processes payment data under its own privacy practices. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Facebook, Instagram or other advertising pixels will not be enabled until this notice and the appropriate cookie choices are updated.

Retention and security

We retain order and transaction records for as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, returns, fraud prevention, accounting, tax and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify information when practical. The anonymous analytics identifier lasts only for the browser-tab session; cart data may remain in the customer’s browser until cleared.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security.

Choices and U.S. state rights

Depending on where a customer lives and whether a law applies to this business, the customer may have rights to know, access, correct or delete information, receive a portable copy, limit certain sensitive-data uses, or opt out of sale or targeted-advertising sharing. We will not discriminate for making a valid privacy request.

Submit a request through the Contact page and provide enough information to verify the request. We may retain information that is legally required or necessary to complete transactions, prevent fraud or resolve disputes. Browser Global Privacy Control signals will be honored where legally required after advertising technologies are enabled.

Children and changes

The store is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. A parent or guardian may contact us about information submitted by a child.

We may update this notice when services or laws change. The updated date and material changes will be posted on this page before the revised practices take effect where required.

PayPal independently controls the payment information it processes. Review the PayPal Privacy Statement ↗.
