What can I customize?
Enter 1–8 English letters or numbers, with optional spaces or hyphens between them. Keep the distressed license-plate collage style and replace the original BADDIE lettering with your initials, nickname or plate text.
When will I see my design?
The product photo is a style example, not an instant personalized preview. Within 24 hours of payment, we email your first design proof for your chosen phone model. Use the secure link to approve it or request changes. We print only after approval.
Do I need to upload a photo?
No. Just enter your text, choose your phone model and provide your email. For your own photo or artwork instead, visit our Photo DIY Studio.
How much does it cost?
This personalized plate-text case costs $25. Standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses is free and applicable sales tax is included. Photo DIY cases are a separate $35 service.
Can I contact you about my design?
Yes. Email support@moodincase.com. We send the proof to the design email you provide. If you need a change, use Request Changes on your proof page or reply to the email. Before approval, contact us promptly about cancellation; once production starts, custom-order return restrictions apply. No unlimited-redesign promise is included.
