What can I customize?

Enter 1–8 English letters or numbers, with optional spaces or hyphens between them. Keep the distressed license-plate collage style and replace the original BADDIE lettering with your initials, nickname or plate text.

When will I see my design?

The product photo is a style example, not an instant personalized preview. Within 24 hours of payment, we email your first design proof for your chosen phone model. Use the secure link to approve it or request changes. We print only after approval.

Do I need to upload a photo?

No. Just enter your text, choose your phone model and provide your email. For your own photo or artwork instead, visit our Photo DIY Studio.

How much does it cost?

This personalized plate-text case costs $25. Standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses is free and applicable sales tax is included. Photo DIY cases are a separate $35 service.

Can I contact you about my design?

Yes. Email support@moodincase.com. We send the proof to the design email you provide. If you need a change, use Request Changes on your proof page or reply to the email. Before approval, contact us promptly about cancellation; once production starts, see our separate refund conditions. Custom cases still include one free exchange within 30 days of delivery, with return and replacement shipping covered. No unlimited-redesign promise is included. What the $25 service includes

Personalize the existing license-plate collage with 1–8 letters or numbers. Choose your phone model and enter the email where you want to receive your proof. No photo upload is needed.

The first proof is emailed within 24 hours of payment. This is not an instant preview or a delivery promise. Review the spelling, phone model and placement; approve it or request changes using your secure proof link. Printing starts only after approval.

Before approving your proof

  • Choose the exact phone model from the selected case's available options. Similar model names do not mean the same fit.
  • Check O versus 0, I versus 1, spaces and hyphens. The product photo shows the style, not your final proof.
  • Allow time for approval, any changes, production and shipping after the first proof.
  • Standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses is free and applicable sales tax is included.

Photo DIY and personalized license plate cases also include one free exchange within 30 days of delivery, with return and replacement shipping covered. Read the custom-order return policy before ordering.

After checkout

Use Track order with your checkout email or U.S. phone number. Verification is sent to your order email; no account is needed. Tracking is available after your shipment has a tracking number, and carrier scans may take time to appear.
