Can I use a photo of me and my dog?+

Yes. Choose a sharp original photo with both faces clearly visible and enough space around them for the phone camera opening and case edges.

Can the studio arrange the photo for me?+

Yes. Select studio layout and describe what must stay visible. The production team will optimize the crop and safe areas before printing.

How much does a personalized photo case cost?+

The current price is $35. Standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses is free and applicable sales tax is included.

Which files can I upload?+

Upload an original PNG, JPG or WebP image up to 12 MB. High-resolution files give the best printing result.

A pet portrait, a photo together or a family memory can become a $35 photo case. Upload one original PNG, JPG or WebP file, up to 12 MB. For a collage, combine the photos into one image before uploading.

Use Smart Arrange for a starting layout, Manual Adjust to control the crop, or Studio Arrange to ask our team for help. With people or pets, check every face near the camera opening. Fit keeps the whole image; Fill fills the case and may crop the edges.

A few details worth checking

  • Choose the exact phone model from the selected case's available options. Similar model names do not mean the same fit.
  • For best results, use an original photo at least 1500 px on the shortest side. This is a recommendation, not a payment requirement.
  • The preview helps you judge placement; it is not a guarantee of exact screen-to-print color or a production template.
  • Standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses is free and applicable sales tax is included.

Photo DIY and personalized license plate cases also include one free exchange within 30 days of delivery, with return and replacement shipping covered. Read the custom-order return policy before ordering.
