How much is a custom phone case?+
One custom phone case is $35.00. Standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses is free, and applicable sales tax is included.
What kind of image should I upload?+
Use the largest original transparent PNG, JPG or WebP you have. Clear pet and people photos, portraits and original artwork work best. Avoid screenshots and tiny social-media downloads.
What does Smart Arrange do?+
It classifies the upload before placing it: full-color photos use a centered full-bleed crop; high-confidence white backgrounds are removed; transparent PNG artwork keeps its transparency. Subjects are sized inside the safe area and shifted away from the camera opening. Every submitted design still receives a human production check.
Is a design contact email required?+
No. You can leave it blank and enter your required order email during checkout. Add an optional design email only if you want our studio to contact you about the artwork before checkout.
Will you print exactly what I see?+
Your preview records crop, scale, rotation and placement. Minor production-safe adjustments may be made around camera openings and edges. Studio-layout orders are arranged from your instructions.
Can I return a custom case?+
Not happy with your case? Request one free exchange within 30 days of delivery. Standard cases, photo DIY and personalized license plate cases are all included. We cover return shipping, if needed, and shipping of your replacement. Refund conditions are explained in our returns policy.
